UPDATES FROM THE HOA

This webpage is dedicated to presenting the Four Seasons community with any emergency updates, broadcasts and any other community informationthtt that the HOA Board members see fit to present. 

 

Please be attentative to this page as it will be continually updated per the direction of the HOA President.

1) The Board has selected  Pro Paving to do Repaving of 4 Seasons HOA Community streets. This will be a 3 year project and we have locked in the price for this endeavor. Early Fall Ct  and Autumnhaze is scheduled to begin the week of April 18-22. You may Park in any Visitors space in 4 Seasons with Current Decal or Hangtag. Arrangements have been made to park at the Four Seasons Clubhouse during the repaving. Please continue to review Website for regular updates. This information will also be available in the April Fallout.

NOTE: Early Fall is scheduled for April 18-19 and Autumnhaze from April 20-21. In case of inclement weather the days will be moved forward.

Flyers will be hand delivered to units on April 9 and if there are any concerns, members are encouraged to attend Monthly HOA meeting on April 11 at 7pm@ Clubhouse. Any questions should be directed to NRP @ (703) 435-3800. USPS Mail will continue to be delivered during this period.

THANKS for your cooperation during this much needed improvement to our community.

 

2) Bulky Trash Curbside pick up will be on Friday April 8th. Please review guidance when posted here and in the April Fallout. This is a great time to due the SPRING Cleaning and get FREE service from Town to remove all the unwanted items. You may also contribute to any local charities


3) ENFORCEMENT of Towing will restart as of midnight Feb. 22,2016. Please review the Parking Rules. The Board is working diligently with the Community to establish an equitable VISITORS Parking Policy to ensure that all residents share the Visitors spaces.
 

Battlefield Towing will  initially check for Expired License Plates, Expired Inspection Stickers, and any other Violations that are not included in NEW POLICY.
